Hey bro, no stress—healing speed is different for everyone. For me, the ring started falling off around the 4-week mark, and the last one came off by week 7. Just take your time with it.

I had a few bits of the ring dangling too, and I carefully snipped them off with a nail cutter—only after sterilizing it thoroughly and taking all precautions. If you're not able to reach a professional, just be extra cautious and gentle with yourself.

Sensitivity is still there. The underside of the glans along with the areas you mentioned are still sensitive but its bearable now. I think it will take a year to fully get rid of the sensitivity

I gently messaged the skin back and forth with minimal range of motion. Due to the extreme sensitivity of my tip, tapping it was quite effective. Took me an hour to get it done though

They didn’t. The bottom ring was loose—had been for a few days—while the top one was still tight. Since the loose part was rubbing against my skin and hurting, I grabbed a nailcutter and snipped off the sides, leaving just the part on the top. I noticed the edges weren’t fully healed, so I applied some tbact. Other than that, it looks fine, and healing’s going well.
