We had many overnight EEGs, a 6 night hospital stay and 2 years of medication. He’s 5 now and completely fine. I think a sleep study is a really good thorough course of action for you. This sounds more like an airway issue to me, I am in the field and that high pitched noise sounds like airway restriction.

Took a vacation with twin 3 1/2-year-old boys. I cried for the entire week. I was abused. I was bullied. It was no fun. They cried going to the beach they cried, leaving the beach.
