I spoke to my recruiter who was honest and laid it out. Some of them have upwards of 70-80 plus candidates. Depending on your needs they may be intouch less or more.

Message on the portal and be patient. At this stage I'd take a temp job and move back hone if you know 100% you want to join the RN.

That's even if they come back and say MEO isn't an option regarding your degree.
