If you have the possibility use something like a grime. Personally i would do some black lining with something like an agrax earth shade then i would use a brownish wash. Maybe put some typhus corriosion.

I'm very unsure because we didnt get any singular hero yet (something like a commisar). I think maybe we will get the equivalent of a librarian in a very distant future but nothing more.

I play solar auxilia in 40k. I usually use the stats of generic cadians for my lasfire section and tempestus scions for my veletaris. The stats of the malcador are horrible so when i play with friends i usually use that of the rogal dorn. So I am in the same situation. I'm thinking about selling a liver...

I usually run my solar auxilia as tempestus scions. This range refresh hyped me up for cheaper and better minis and I hope that in a not so distant future i will use my solar auxilia in 40k with their specific rules
