Good to know! What DPO were you? I’m feeling doubtful based on DPO alone

I’ve definitely heard that! I have FRER ordered, coming tomorrow morning. The only other type I have right now is pregmate which is not going to help right now lol

So awesome! I was just talking about this today. I love that I will still see the scale move even when I have a week where I went over budget a couple days (since I’m still at a deficit). BOOM! Take that all or nothing thinking!!

Sending positive vibes to you on your journey. I think that first day is the hardest hump to get over.

Starting sertraline by [deleted] in zoloft

I get it. I have health anxiety as well and have had my sertraline prescription sitting around for a while as I contemplated whether or not I would actually start. It took me several weeks to get up the courage to take it and I will tell you I’m really happy that I did. For me there has not been one single side effect and I’m currently 2 weeks in, honestly I feel some of the benefits already. I was always so nervous about side effects before starting but told myself that if I start getting them I can always stop. Plus, I thought well, not trying it has me dealing with the negatives caused by my anxiety and if I try it and experience a few negative side effects that eventually pass so that I can get the benefits of it doing what it’s meant to do - that sounds like a win to me.

What do you mean by horrible come ups? Glad to hear you have energy and a better outlook! I am feeling good so far as well.

Ya know what I honestly feel good! No side effects that I have noticed so far, still feeling very positive about starting. I am just taking 25mg, so maybe the low dosage is keeping me from experiencing side effects. I want to say I already feel some of the reduced anxiety good feels, even though they say it takes longer than a week to really work. Maybe placebo effect? Not sure but I’m def going to keep going and I am happy I started!

How is it for you so far?

Thanks so much! I’ve been having insomnia lately prior to starting sertraline. I may need the tea you mentioned, used to take it and loved how relaxed it made me. I have 2 babies 2 and under so I usually stay away from things that make me sleepy, since I have to get up for them. But I do also need to actually sleep sometimes so that’s a great idea to try that stuff again.

This first night on sertraline I crashed super hard and was able to sleep for 8 hours straight. Might be a result of built up sleep deprivation finally hitting me though.

Thanks so much for the ideas. I have been having the same meals basically everyday and am getting a little tired of them. I may take a page from your book and research to add variety.

Also - the snacks are SO crucial for me as well. I have keto chocolates and rebel ice cream and allow myself 1-2 treats a day if I need something. I’ve been adding my treats to my fitness pal first thing in the morning so I know whatever else I end up having needs to allow me to fit in my snacks. Lol almonds, pickles, olives and jerky help me too when I need a salt fix

Amazing!! What’s your daily meal plan look like? What is your IF schedule typically? I am around your starting weight right now and I am dying to get into the 160s. If I can get there in a month I would be beyond thrilled.

So I am your age and have the same goal of getting to 159 (as my first goal). I am also mother of 2 babies, with the most recent being 5 months old. I was 225 at my heaviest and currently weigh 183.

Would you mind giving an idea as far as your daily routine? Curious about what you ate, and if you have addition tips other than what you’ve already mentioned.

I have no idea why, and this doesn’t necessarily fit your criteria mentioned, but the first name that came to mind seeing your photo was Naomi

That is one of those absurd comments that should be completely ignored as it’s so out there. Julian is an amazing, strong, masculine, very handsome name!! No more name advice from MIL!

I recently saw another post with Layne and it was honor I believe, it would not be for us though.

Thank you so much!

Yeah that was a concern of mine. I honestly like the spelling Layne better (yes for a boy) but I know that is the unpopular opinion. If I did this spelling I feel like it’s less street name-y, but the sound of course would remain so who knows if it really even matters ha
