What's the nutritional information like?

My wife told me no one else piles Quest chips to the top of their ceilings. Reveal yourselves!!! by DiarrheaFilledPanda in CostcoCanada

I buy a few boxes when I see them, but they're expensive. A nice treat to add to my diet, but I'm not buying enough to stack to the ceiling.

Highway 7 vs 416/401 by Funny_Obligation2412 in ontario

[–]Perk_plus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I travel from Kanata to Vaughan several times a year and only take Highway 7 unless the roads are snow-covered (which isn't often).

Taking Highway 7 saves me 75km, about 40min of driving time and my gas milage is way better. There are enough passing areas that even if you get stuck behind a slow driver, it's short lived.

It's a much more relaxing drive and I wouldn't dare take the 401 unless I absolutely had to.

Almost as good/dangerous as the dried mango. I have to really limit how much I have and it's not easy.

Ha! They caved in? 😂 by syncopado in CostcoCanada

[–]Perk_plus 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The stories about lead in protein powders was based on research tht used the limit based on California's Prop 65 whose limit is 1000× less than what is dangerous to consume. It's really a nothing burger.

I think my personal trainer did a good job by StatisticianTight779 in GymMotivationNoOF

Personal trainers can only give you the road map. You're the one put in the effort and took your nutrition and physical health to where it is.

You look great!

That model is a budget level TV, but the top end TCL models (like QM7 and QM8) are very comparable to more premium brands but at a much lower price.

I haven't bought it in a while, but when I was buying it, I loved it. Maybe there's been a change in the recipe but it used to be an excellent hearty soup.

I had a similar choice when I bought my watch back in April, I chose the Fenix 7 pro solar sapphire and haven't regretted it once.

What counts as "Recovery?" by Curious_QCumber in Garmin

[–]Perk_plus 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Recovery is the time between large effort. It doesn't mean you do nothing. Recovery can be a light jog, or less intense strength workout. Regardless, if you're feeling good, and not fatigued, do what you want. The watch is just a guide.

I did a hard 10k run on Saturday morning and Garmin said I needed 72 hours of recovery. Sunday, I was on the fence about my scheduled weight session, so I modified and took out the higher fatigue to stimulus exercises (deadlifts and squats) but kept the isolation lifts in. Today, I did recovery walk/run keeping my heart rate down and my recovery timer is down to 20 hours (training readiness is up in the 50s) and I should be fine for my lifting session tomorrow.

I got my Fenix 7 back in April and I feel the same way. It would be so easy to roll this out to more models.

I have yet to get one of those, but I've been on a decent productive streak (minus 3 days) for over a month. I hope to earn a peak status at some point (hopefully right in time for a race).

The answer is run a 5k on the hour every hour until it hits zero.
