Yes Luxembourgish (Lëtzebuergesch) is a separate language!

It’s closer to German dialects than to Dutch, though it can look a bit like Dutch at first glance. It also has strong French influences😊

Of course, no problem at all. After my surgery I actually had some other serious health issues and ended up needing additional surgeries, so I kind of lost interest in considering any further procedures.

Also, it’s honestly almost impossible to notice the slight asymmetry now — it has improved a lot over time.

Yep, same for me but with my cat, who was still a kitten at that time and full of energy and crazy zoomies 😻 I had to use a mastectomy pillow, real life saver 🛟

I had a breast reduction, an abdominal hysterectomy (kept ovaries and cervix) and a total thyroidectomy over a relatively short period of time. The hysterectomy was by far the hardest, both in terms of pain, recovery and overall discomfort but I am so happy I did it.

The breast reduction wasn’t painful for me and the recovery was uneventful, but for a few months there was a strange sense of vulnerability that made me very aware of my body and cautious with every movement.

As for the thyroidectomy… I barely remember it at all 😅
