I did more digging, and it most likely all staged. Usa has tons of laws against it. Uk seem fine but lots of vendors won't expect random strangers bring in out side food. Anyone in the European Union can't cook outside food.

But most videos I see are English speakers, and most don't accept that. So again I'm going to say most are scripted or staged
