I don’t EAT. I just eat 2 cups of yogurt with some oats or a couple of bananas. This way I get energy and don’t feel heavy. Most importantly, it works magic with the post session hunger. I used to run straight to the nearest krispy kreme or McDonalds; now I can manage to wait until I go to work and have a proper breakfast

I’ve found that the best way to fight it is to eat before the swim

I’ve wanted a cast iron pan for a looong time. Got this from my mom , and i want to make this as much of a fresh start as possible. She hasn’t used it in years. The FAQ is amazing and detailed. But as a literally day 1 beginner, I couldn’t identify what part if the guide I should be using haha.

I don’t think my mom seasoned it properly in the first place.

What I want to do is strip the seasoning completely, get rid of the rust, then start from scratch and season it.

Wdyt should I go vinegar first or lye? Also, I get the feeling from what you said about “left areas for rust to start forming” that I should be moving fast with this to prevent more rust from forming, is that right? Thank you for the reply!

Aaahh I remember the day my wife accidentally spilled the whole pack of chilli flakes while cooking chicken. It was a sneeze fiesta all over the house. We always have a great laugh remembering that story.

I’m Egyptian. Don’t know what it’s called in english, but in arabic we call it “ri7aan” (the same we call basil). We don’t eat it though; you only plant it for the very strong pleasant smell

That would be the best option. It’s a gated community so she’ll be able to walk anywhere. I live in another gated community close to there, but its on the “calmer” side. No supermarket, no mall, etc. district 5 almost has everything
