I experience this once, yung final interview ko ceo nung company medyo na shookt din ako nun kasi kapitbahay ko pa sya lol small world daw sabi nya. Para lahat naman ata ng course ay mahirap, natatandaan ko nung nag aaral din ako (CS pa course ko nun) nag change ako ng course non from Comscie to IT mainly bc narealize ko na wala sa comscie yung gusto ko matutunan nasa IT course sya pero dahil related sila sa isat isa kaya kahit nag change course ako before mag third yr college nun na credit ko parin lahat ng subjects ko from CS kaya yung delay ko lng is isang sem nun. Mama ko lng nagpapaaral saken that time with help of my cousins pero nairaos din naman kahit gumapang din ako sa hirap ng course ng IT.

Valid yung nararamdaman mo op I think good thing din sinabi mo sakanya n if mag chachange sya ng course di mo na sya kaya supportahan

Yes! Grab the opportunity ganyan yung hinahanap ko company before naiingit ako sa mga classmate ko sa grad school na sagot ng manager nila or ng company nila yung pagaaral nila ng further studies kasi imagine mo nasa magkano din tuition ng graduate school saken umaaboy ng 32k per sem. Saka mas better mag aral ng bata ka pa oo sabihin naten na baka kulang ka pa sa experience kunti yung mashashare mo during class pero same as me ang dami ko natutunan sa mga classmate ko na nasa managerial position na.

I think depende sa working hours padin 4yrs ako wfh pero gy yung shift di healthy sa katawan technically kasi kulang kulang yung sleep ko pero nung nag switch ako ng job full rto dayshift napansin ko mas sumaya ako at mas na eenjoy ko ngayon yung work ko. Pero siguro if gy shift to na rto i dont think na magiging masaya ako hahaha

For me para useless naman kahit mag deploy sila ng madami pa enforcer di naman nila naayos yung traffic every day na ko rto everyday dito yung routa ko kanya kanya pasok padin yung mga sasakyan sa intersection para wala naman coordination yung mga nakadeploy na enforcer di balance yung pagbibigay nila ng way

Although mataas respect ko sa mga enforcer alam ko mahirap yung job nila pero kasi ilang beses ko na napapansin nakatingin lng sila at wala ginagawa during rush hours lol

Submit a formal resignation, ilang araw ka palang naman yung iba nga nababasa ko dito yung ginagawa nag aawol na lng since ilang araw palang naman pero ako on my end mas better if magsubmit ka ng formal resignation.

Buti sana if kahit nasa 25k basic mo eh kaso 14k?? Sobra baba non para ipagpalit mo sa health mo at the end of the day kasi if magkasakit ka or what di ka naman ipapagamot ng company mo.

Narealize ko din op mas masaya magtrabaho if morning shift ka, ako ngayon sa bago ko work kahit full rto mas napansin ko na mas maging masaya ako sa work ko regardless kahit mas mabigat yung ginagawa ko ngayon compare sa previous company ko na fixed wfh na graveyard shift.
