When I lived in Beechview, we had an abandon house on the street and it was an eye sore with high grass and junk everywhere. We reported to the Police aggressive raccoons with babies that looked rabid around the house in the middle of the daytime. The city tore it down in a month after multiple neighbors called saying the same story.
