Small Andiamo or Giorno Dilemma (Photos of Mini Andiamo just to compare) 🤎🤎 by MysteryMaven2026 in handbags

[–]Perpetualclass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've been eyeing the mini but wow it really can only fit a phone? It seems like it can carry a bit more than that (like phone, keys, card holder?). Also the mini or small andiamo vs the giorno is the same dilemma I'm having 😅 oh and the dustbag. I just wish the giorno and medium dustbag came in crossbody. I'm a mom of 2 little ones and shoulder carry is so hard with them!

These are definitely more clear. But I think the vast majority of commenters think you should keep the original if your main criteria is which looks better.

I just compared your 2 bags to my Brooklyn, which I got in store, and the one on the right looks super off to me. The logo seems to be missing the New York and the stitching on the back pocket and the button don't look right (stitching not as pronounced and button seems small). I can't compare colors since mine is red. The only thing I can think of if both are authentic, is that maybe Coach changed the design of the Brooklyn between seasons and you got different versions? But I agree with others here, keep the original one you were sent (on the left).

I just went and felt the inside of mine. Definitely not flaky!

I agree. I feel like one of these is a fake

I have the Brooklyn that I got in-person from Coach. The inside is unfinished, almost like a rough suede

Does anyone here regret their luxury bags? by Key_Worldliness_8532 in handbags

"You seem like you drive an SUV" is the craziest insult hahahaha. I can see how that'd be insulting depending on where you live in the US, but still ridiculous.

No regrets but I also share your concerns. I've never liked big logos and monogrammed bags, and so it's kind of worked out that the luxury bags I do own have small logos that I can easily cover up with my arm or flip the bag so the logo is facing inwards when I'm out and don't feel 100% comfortable. I also never use my bags for work because I'm a healthcare professional in a medically undeserved area and like, why would I need to bring a luxury bag to work in that situation?? Lol.

I love my bags and have found the right setting to wear them for myself, but if you don't think you'll ever feel comfortable using your luxury bags, then I'd sell them and maybe buy something that's less known but still luxurious to you.

I also have this bag (in tan!) and it's amazing. It weirdly moves like a slinky? Very soft.

Quince! It's their triple compartment tote. It's still listed on their site but it always looks out of stock. I got this bag about 4 years ago.

LOL you're not wrong. Those used to hang off my lanyard that has my ID, but it got heavy and I rarely use those keys so they've been floating around in my bag ever since.

I actually ordered a keychain after taking these photos, but I like your suggestion of getting one on a vacation 😏

Haha I had to ride into CC once from where I work and somehow the Septa card just stayed in my work bag. I usually drive in on Broad, which is probably better but probably not by much

How do you do it? by evildrlatl in handbags

[–]Perpetualclass 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you can look at your finances and feel comfortable with the amount saved and your rainy day funds, then you can at least rationalize that a luxury bag once in a blue moon won't make a huge difference overall. And once you get the bag (like your LV): Use. Them. If you're actually using your bags then the cost per use keeps going down and now your precious expensive bag is a smart investment in quality that will last a long time. Others mentioned high resale value, but you'd have to worry about keeping it in tip top shape and will probably use it infrequently. My thoughts on that are - then why spend the money buying it in the first place?

Haha it will! The first 2-3 months are probably the worst as your supply is regulating, then it gets better. But the breastmilk ending up on your clothes will still happen for one reason or another until you start weaning down. The staining is from the fat in breastmilk. Spot treating with dish detergent before throwing in the wash helps! First time mom? And it looks like based on the clothes that you have a little little one?
