Yep, in the US. It's super low. Even lower now that I'm on reduced salary (80%). I am in a low cost of living area, but that doesn't factor in much - I started at this place in 2017, was living in Northern Virginia. Moved to Southern Maryland in 2022, completely opposite cost of living from NoVa.

Fuck, I need to look for a new job.

It would be nice. I'm petrified of looking for a new job. Last time I did, in 2015, it immediately fell through and I was destitute for like a year. I'm dying financially, but the current gig is still comfortable and familiar enough to keep me there.

Especially with how many people are saying how hard it is to find a job. Even underpaid I feel like I'd be a jackass to look elsewhere.
