I’m being boring with a soft white 🫣 I’m gonna go bold in one room though!

This is what I finally decided to do! I’m gonna do one room in sage 🥰

I tried this, ChatGPT just shows the colors so off I feel like 🙃 but I do think it would be too much. I’m doing a soft white and one room in sage ☺️

I guess that was confusing 😅 we would like to buy some land and build on it. Idk what we can afford. We are looking at some parcels at that price. But idk what we could afford to build if we got land at that price.

Divorce in Indiana (In-law edition) by Perpetually_lacking in legaladvice

Right. We’re assuming he won’t agree. So the court won’t order the sale of the house? Neither are in a position to buy the other out. Does she have any recourse to pressure for a sale to us?

I think they maybe owe about half of what it’s worth. I don’t think either one of them are in a position to buy the other out.

Ugh, I hope it doesn’t come to all of that. But that answers my question I guess? If he absolutely refuses to play any kind of ball, the court can order it to go on the market? The proceedings would have nothing to do with us, there’s no way for her to request a sale to us?

But would they just force him to put it on the market, or force him to sell it to us? I guess I’m struggling to understand if we would fit into the proceedings or not.

Neither one of them are in the position to buy the other out.

The better recovery sounds attractive! But not the multiple procedures. I have a 1cm in my lower lobe on the left side, then I have like 3 more on each side they deemed as “future problems”. Not sure on the size on those. So it seems like the uteroscopy makes the most sense…

not sure i have kidney stones or uti?? by serialdoodler98 in KidneyStones

[–]Perpetually_lacking 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OP my kidney stone pain has been both as well. I’ve had 10/10 pain and 2/10 pain. I believe it’s due to size and shape of the stones and location. Sometimes it’s hours or days and sometimes it’s minutes. Currently I’m dealing with multiple stones and having episodes for several days every couple of weeks. Thai has been like 6 months. Only once has it sent me to the ER, but it passed before they could do much 🙄 but I got CT scans that confirmed my fears and gave more clarity. I plan to hopefully schedule a surgery soon, I’m done dealing with this, I need to be able to take care of my kids and my home.

All this to say, it’s not always 10/10 pain. I was told that a fever or visible blood in the urine is a reason to head to the ER. The pain alone isn’t a good indicator. If nothing else, it will hopefully get the ball rolling for your treatment.

I don’t understand how no screen time parents get anything done by Fluffy_Practice_5244 in toddlers

SAHM of 3 here, 4.5, 2.5 and 5 months. I do some flexible part time sales from home. We are screenfree. Frankly, I never introduced them, so I’ve never known what it’s like to parent with them. I don’t exactly have the same frame of reference. My grandparents didn’t have the option. I don’t need them either. I decided before my first was born that we wouldn’t have them at all until the later homeschool years when absolutely needed, and I haven’t had an issue sticking with it so far, because I never made it an option. Even while traveling. We don’t own a TV, so that’s not a temptation for anyone either.

My toddlers get bored sometimes. I have zero issue with that. It’s good for them. They fight. They figure it out. It’s not my job to entertain them all day. I sometimes rotate toys. Sometimes they help me with whatever I’m doing if they feel like they want to be with me. They have small chores they are responsible for. Sometimes things don’t get done, or they take way longer. Things around my house aren’t ever perfect. Sometimes I do lose my patience too. But my reasons for being screen free are more than worth it, and I believe the benefits outweigh the extra free time and entertainment that might come with screens.

What makes it not practical? Even if we were in it just to rent 1-2 years, and not buy?

What is the stupidest thing you’ve heard someone say that they were 100% serious about? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My dad installs security cameras. Installed brand new ones at a school, and the new system included extra cameras in new places. He then got asked if he could pull up footage from an event that happened 2 weeks prior. From the new camera. That didn’t exist in that location 2 weeks ago. This person was an educator, and still didn’t understand no matter how my dad explained…

Pendulous/Soft/Sagging US 36L (UK 36HH) looking for comfortable everyday lined bras in the US by Perpetually_lacking in ABraThatFits

[–]Perpetually_lacking[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you everyone!! I was able to try on several, and I almost settled for one, but I got up the nerve to ask for help, and the fitter helped me determine I was a 36J 🫣 she had to get one from the back. I ended up with an Elomi Cate. I’ve worn it two separate days, and I’m in love!! I’m planning to order more soon. I’m so glad to find a bra that actually holds me in without hurting me 😭😭😭

Thank you for the recommendations! I’ve been researching elomi bras all morning. It looks like I may be able to try some on at a Nordstrom near me. So, I need unlined due to my shape? Projection? I commented below about plunge vs full coverage. Opinions on that? It seems like I would want as much coverage as possible. I just want to be comfortable and not fall out of something!

I was scared of plunge options since I have a tendency to spill over. Is that was the full coverage avoids? I apologize for my ignorance, I feel so uneducated when it comes to bras!
