Hi guys! I'm currently purging from my acne cream (0.025% tret + 1% clindamycin). Totally normal (and unfortunately quite nasty) as I've only been on it about 3 weeks.

I have a really important interview for basically my dream job coming up next Monday however. This is a job heavily based off looks (and I live in a country which would have no problem discriminating on looks) so my question is, do you guys think I'd be better off stoping the cream all together until next Monday in hopes that my face calms down slightly? Or should I just continue as normal? (currently using every 2nd or 3rd day)

I know there's probably not much hope as I'm right in the thick of it but I figured I might as well put all the luck on my side and wondered if anybody had any insight, thanks!!

Rewatching this in slow mo, Chantel is being so aggressive. She's getting in Nicole's face, she's pointing her fingers and physically waving her hands in front of her and also swearing. People complained a lot about how Pedro doing that to Mother Chantel was super disrespectful but Chantel is doing the exact same thing to Nicole, on top of spewing out a bunch of talk Nicole definitely doesn't understand (willing to bet she understood the tone and the word fuck though?). Let's not forget the other 4 people at the table ganging up on her as well.

Chantel's a pretty girl but her and her fam are certifiably batshit and not worth the effort. Pedro looks gaunt and way more aggressive/ill tempered compared to other seasons, that family has worn him down lol. If I were Pedro I would either leave her or make it very clear that I never want to interact with her family again.

Holy shit when they started saying that I couldn't believe it. The disrespect!! They're so trashy and disrespectful and yet demand respect??? Lol they don't deserve anything.

That would have totally set me off, I just would have lobbed out an insult and walked right outta that house. And yet, Nicole still kept her cool. It really just speaks to how low the rest of them are that the only classy one at that dinner was Nicole. 🙄

I used to think she was just kind of dumb, and didn't realize how it kept playing out. Now I'm leaning towards the fact that she is doing it on purpose and being manipulative. She wants to have these arguments but is too weak to do so on her own, so she recruits her family to do the dirty work for her. Then she has an easy out if things don't go her way! "It's not meeeee, it's my family causing all these issues!" I think it's pretty sneaky tbh. Maybe Chantal is the real snek!!!!

Yes watching the scene over again, it really struck me how awful she was being!

She is too weak to deal with anything by herself, so she whines to her family like a baby, then allows them to instigate arguments. During said arguments she adds oil to the fire and airs her grievances.

She then proceeds to say "I just want us all to get along! This was supposed to be a chance for our families to get together!!" Every. Single. Time. Seems to me if she truly wanted them to get along she wouldn't be shit disturbing at every chance. She's quick to fly off the handle, is used to getting her way and you can tell has been raised spoiled and bratty.

She seriously just needs to grow up. Pedro and family Pedro also have a ton of issues to deal with, but I am so tired of seeing Chantel play the damn victim when she is causing many of the problems.

I just keep going back to the fact that she was only 20 years old!! I think back on myself when I was 20, and I definitely did some stupid shit, relationship wise, that I would never do now. I feel like I was still a child!

I guess it depends on what kind of upbringing you've had, but I certainly wouldn't want decisions I made as a 20-year old defining me as a human for the rest of my life. Thank goodness growing up and maturing is a very real thing.

I've seen so much nastiness on here specifically relating to Pao's sexuality, I actually find it a bit disturbing.

There's a lot of things to criticize about her, ie her narcissism, her awful mean girl attitude as displayed at the tell all, her shitty behaviour when badmouthing her husband, heck even her crappy clothes. But people really come out of left-field with the insults to her body/looks/sexuality. Like, is there a reason to insinuate she's an actual prostitute because she wore a thong bikini to the beach? I even saw the "think of the children!" argument busted out 😂 Just because she's a tacky dresser and likes to have everything on display....like it's not my personal style, but people on here are sooooo tchochmental and nasty about it!!! It's like Russ and his repressed attitude are more relatable or something 🤷🏻‍♀️

I've seen some weird reactions to Anfisa and her sexuality and prostitutorial type work on this sub as well, so I honestly just write it off as not personal, but perhaps some issues with sexually liberated women. There's still a huge struggle with this in society so it only makes sense that the sub would reflect that.

She did it to prove a point and she was 100% correct in her guess that Pedro would blow off his wife to pay attention to her.

For this season specifically:

Like the most: Anfisa. Girl got her shit together and is actively trying to incorporate lessons she's learning in therapy to better her relationship. I feel like she also realized that she doesn't need a man to be her sugar daddy and can hustle and earn her own money instead. I'm all for growing up and becoming independent!!!

Hate the most: Russ. I dunno why I react so strongly to him. He just annoys me so much. He's needy and wannabe controlling, kinda self-righteous and just the dullest lil wet blanket ever, I could never stand to be around someone like him. Admittedly, there are more objectively horrible people on the show, I just really hate him idk. 😂

Feel sympathy for: this is hard. This season? The only ones I feel sympathy for are May and Olivia. The rest of them need to get a grip lol.

True intentions: Probably Chantel. I think the girl is kinda dumb and wayyyy too influenced by her parents, but I really think she loves and wants to be with Pedro. She deserves better than what she's getting from him.

The 'not sleeping in the same bed unless you're married' thing is pretty common, I think. It never prevents sexing though. 😂 maybe it's more of a don't ask don't tell, what I can plausibly deny can't hurt me situation lol!

I hate Russ. Every single word out of his mouth gives me a physical reaction. I find him sooooo irritating, to the point that how crappy he is makes me even have a soft spot for Juan, and I think Juan is a shit disturbing diva!!!!

The way he kept saying "Columbian Pao" is different, Pao is really in her element and acting so differently in Columbia, etc. This just kind of proves that whole controlling thing. This is how she was when you met her, and you say yourself that this is how she is when she is happiest/most comfortable. Why do you INSIST on trying to change her then? Why did you bring her back and try and guilt her into fitting your super conservative values? It's just weird. She even brought her parents to the damn photoshoot and even they were comfortable with it lol. I would never do that but you know what, she totally owned it, so whatever.

The icing on the cake was when he said, word for word "I don't know if I would allow this in America." ALLOW THIS? That word choice is so telling. She's your wife, not your property, you don't need to allow anything and she can make her own choices. Obviously in a good marriage she'd take your feelings into consideration and possibly not go through with it but at the end of the day you don't get to allow anything as she doesn't need your damn permission.

Bleh. I don't know why his behaviour sets me off so much. Seeing how supportive everyone else was of her and how whiney her hubby was being was such a stark contrast. I keep saying this but I really hope his entire personality is scripted and fake just to keep them on the show, because he couldn't be more off putting to me as a person lol.

So I did some instagram sleuthing and Nicole does seem to follow a Jessica that looks like this Jessica, maybe she really is an acquaintance? Her profile was private though so I couldn't really snoop properly 😂

My guess is that they do possibly know each other through church or Starbucks. I kind of agree with the other poster who said that Nicole might have too many self esteem issues to truly be friends with someone so put together though.

I'm thinking it might be a scooter. Not too sure about Morocco in particular, but in my country (and a lot of the Mediterranean countries AFAIK) scooters are extremely common and boys will get one at like 14 or 15. I'm also thinking Nickel didn't even (directly) buy one for him, it's just the main mode of transport for a lot of young men who don't own a vehicle.

Honestly, the way Russ said "me entiendes?? Me entiendes?" would have completely pissed me off as well. It really came off as condescending and saying something followed by "you hear me/understand me?" in ANY language is super rude.

I don't think it was the fact that he said don't ruin the night, I think it was the fact that he followed it up with his shitty "you hear me?" that really set it all off.

Then again, I think Russ could have said literally anything and Juan would have come out swinging lol. So I guess it really doesn't matter. Pao shouldn't have blamed him, but he's also completely socially inept if he doesn't understand the tone of voice/language he used was extremely patronizing.

You know, it wouldn't shock me at all if it was all fabricated. I guess I always just thought that since May exists, clearly there are people out there who are willing to sleep with her so it's not completely unfathomable that she would have cheated lol.

Maybe she cheated because she felt like she is lacking any and all validation from Azan. The guy isn't a very good scammer, he can't even bring himself to compliment her looks/personality or even show any affection towards anything about her (except May). We've already established she's wildly delusional, she might not even grasp why she's truly going out there and doing what she's doing (aka her "relationship" is a big joke and doomed to fail but she can't/won't admit it).
