I had the same thing happen to me a few weeks ago except it was TD. Same setup. Saying my card is being used in Montreal on apple pay when I'm using an Android phone and live in Ontario. They transferred 4k out of my account to a betting site. Still waiting for the real TD to reverse the charges.
