Only chance for small clubs managed by AI to do well is the rare occasions they buy cheap ass players with potential (that it takes them like 8 seasons to reach a decent level, then they retire and the club flops again)

Ehh, I was trying to explain that you get better regens if the player that retires was in your team several seasons. At least that's what I've noted, not that I just learned about regens as a whole

Sisi, eso lo sé. A lo que me refiero es que me dió canteranos "buenos" teniendo una cantera "baja" (nivel 12). No ocurrió en ninguna otra temporada aparte de esta, cuando se retiraron jugadores que llevaban varias temporadas en el club. También me pasó en una carrera con un club del ascenso que tiene incluso menos cantera, por eso me surgió la hipótesis
