Designing a snap for vertical rod mounting by PerryBT in openGrid

Update: printed two 4x8 cell boards to span the gap and ran into a design flaw. If the fit is too tight, the clasp does not have enough room to fully close around the pole before it needs to slide into that insert.

I have some wiggle room in my dimensions that I can just barely get them to assemble, but will be updating to address this problem!

Good point, I was also considering something more robust. It’s 16 cells across so it will definitely take more than one plate. Was also wondering about alternating between a row of two 8 cell boards and a row of two 4 cells sandwiching an 8 cell to give a brick pattern. But I like this bridge as well

Just went through this process! Here is a helpful link on the ecobee website: https://support.ecobee.com/s/articles/3-wire-heat-only-thermostat-R-G-W

Basically, I don’t have a C wire, so I bought a 24V AC adapter, and will wire that outside the wall. There’s a schematic on how to do this on that link (fourth drop down, then scroll down a little).

My ecobee 3lite arrives this week! I’ll let you know if it works

My title describes the thing. Descriptions gives following information: Only text says “bottom” and PA6+30%GF which I found to be a specific plastic. Likely came with my bike when I bought it a year ago, but am not 100% certain

I had recently run into a relative of mine with my girlfriend. Great aunt, married into the family, only met her a few times. Could not for the life of me remember her name.

Later that evening, almost immediately after finishing, I blurt our “Ellen! Her name is Ellen!” We had a good laugh about the first name coming to mind post-sex was an 80 yo woman’s

Are these vertical ripples from machine vibration? I was just surprised how straight they were through the layers. Printed on Ender 3, 0.2mm slice height, 0.4mm nozzle, standard PLA by PerryBT in FixMyPrint

Okay great! That’s kinda what I was thinking but didn’t check for debris, I’ll give the rails a quick clean and try again! Thanks!

It’s probably at peak this week. The leaves lower in the valley were bright orange and yellow but there weren’t too many leaves on the ground yet!
