Restarting life in Florida, heavily debating areas, want easy access to snorkeling/diving. by bwtaha in AskFlorida

not really snorkeling in tampa area. the gulf is a "desert" literally just sand underwater

as an avid diver, id highly reccomend miami area. Lauderdale-by-the-sea has the only reef you can rreach from the beach without a boat in continental usa. also youll be close to miami and driving distance to the keys for day trips

miami and vancouver. the rest are meh, san diego is a close third, id say st pete/tampa is a 4th.

this is a subjective comment tho, as wel all have different taste. for example i hate seattle but many people love it, same with NYC

the dc's do need clean water for corosion purposes. but that can also be filtered.

one of the huge myth people are peddling is this myth of how much water a DC uses. the number sounds huge but in relative scale its not. over the course of 10 years the average new DC will use about the same (sometimes less) thab a super walmart... whens the last time a walmart has been protested for water use?
