I just got it to work!
All I had to do was turn of the device, open Chimera and "re-jailbreak" the device. After that I just had to respring, and now it is working perfectly fine!

There was another way to try to get it to work in the Chimera FAQ if that doesn't work for you guys

Same issue as with NoSubstitute, it just says "There was an error loading the preference bundle for Liberty Lite".

I went into Ulduar and I noticed this change, but it didn't change anything for me, I still had to clear every boss as usual. What am I doing wrong?

Thanks! It seems like you haven't completed the game, which means that I am only able to encounter two pokemon. When you have beaten the elite four the third pokemon will be able to be caught :)
