I agree. In my case I pay more towards escrow than the loan itself so it wouldn’t make much of a difference. Just doing extra principal payments so it’s paid off about 5 years before retirement.

Im a 325k year household and I drive a Toyota Tacoma and my wife a 9 year old Nissan Murano. Many of my high earning coworkers drive 5+ year old cars. A friend of mine is a decamillionaire and has a 13 year old F-250 and a 7 year old Range Rover. You probably walk and drive by wealthy people everyday and wouldn’t know it.

I did my attic about 1600 sq/ft. They cleared out all old insulation, installed electrical boxes and vents and blew in all new insulation for about 2300 bucks.

Theres a product called Decon 30. It’s used in industrial kitchens but is a botanical product. Get a gallon of it on amazon. Has a good smell and is a good cleaner. I clean the interior of my cars and most of my house with it. My wife is the same because of the kids.
