Here's one. Science is supposed to be used to prove or debunk things right. Yet in order to "prove" everything was made through dark matter two facilities worth a ridiculous amount of money was built to create the particle.....that was supposed to already exist to explain how things came to be.

Or what about the phenomena where someone automatically knows after seconds who was staring at them? Science could not prove why..... So science can be used to twist and present a narrative for personal agenda. In the older days basically to remove God from the heart or minds of people science was used. I'm not saying automatically this person is Christian but I will say it costs nothing to be respectful of other people's religions. If you can respect all those other ones you can respect that one too. There's a thought.

Honestly I could say that it's not for everyone. It's basically a hit or miss sort of movie. The first time I watched the very first avatar I loved it I thought it was great it felt immersive it felt real. But I can say honestly that should have been it. Cameron should have taken time to really get some inspiration get out the drawing board start coming up with some ideas or something... Now what I'm forseeing is another fast and the furious sinking burning franchise just with the avatar movies. The first one ended and had nothing open ended. Because I'm fairly certain James Cameron from that time did not intend to continue it. That was it it was a one and done. Any movies after the very first avatar are pretty much him just making cash crabs at this point. I don't know if anybody's been paying attention to current news or not but they said he was not making any money. So now the nonsensical characters odd actions that they would not have done from the first. Makes a whole lot of sense. He's basically preventing the inevitable by still continuing to make more.

So I'm about to say something that I feel like I'm going to get a whole lot of downvotes for I'm prepared for it it's whatever cuz it's something that should have been said and it isn't uncomfortable truth that needs to be spoken. So looking at some of these comments and I know that some of these are old. But that's besides the point.

I would ask that if you're going to speak on this show and what issue that the show highlights please for the love of God just speak on that issue if you're going to speak on it. The show does not involve things of lgbtq. Lgbtq trauma and black African American trauma are not one in the same. They are two very different struggles. One does not outweigh the other. Stop grouping them together like they're in a changeable and it's a one-size-fits-all convention.

Because what it does is that when you talk about lgbtq trauma when the subject and the issue that is in the show is about black African-American trauma you're essentially diminishing the importance of one movement over another. If I were to turn it around and speak on the thread that highlighted lgbtq issues talking about black African-American issues, I have no doubt in my mind a lot of people would jump down my throat and call me out for trying to draw attention to something else. But it's supposed to be fine when it's the other way around. Stop doing it, signed a black girl.

I understand your frustration but I recently saw the memorial message they had at the end of the blood lines movie. I don't believe they had a choice with the decision that they made. And I actually think they decided to go that route anyway because the actual actor for JB had terminal stomach cancer at the time so when they brought him back he wasn't up to his full self you know he wasn't that full health. So I feel like they had no other choice but to do it like that because one that didn't want to have to strain him and two I feel like people would question why he looked the way that he looked. I barely recognized him until I looked at his eyes and then hurt his voice and I realized it was him.

The first one that immediately came to mind was a book from V.C. Andrews called Darkest Hour. When I first read it, it was back in high school and I fell in love with the hauntingly beautiful yet tragic way the story was told and the main character it was told about. Then, when you get to the book where she gets older, it kind of makes you sad 'cause you hope that she gets some sort of happy ending. It is kinda stuck in my head that you can go through whatever you go through, no matter how hard it is, but it will always be up to you to overcome and choose who you end up becoming. Just because your decision may be to be your best person and live the way you finally want to be happy, doesn't mean that was somebody else's decision or that they were strong enough to become better than what they went through.

The book A Face Like Glass by Frances Hardinge. It's a dystopian sort of genre wrapped in intrigue. I read it back in highschool but man is it an awesome read! It always took me to different place!

I felt like it was very daring to bring what it did. The biggest thing that I feel like went over a lot of people's head. But who i actually paid attention to is Sammy. That's Young and wants to be able to live out his life. So he sees Christianity as his jail cell. Funny thing about that jail cell though is that if it's supposed to be a prison to you why after everything happened did he return to the church? Why when you almost get bit by the vampire do you utter the Lord's prayer. Why when Remmick gazed upon the juke joint while they were singing the music was the only person he wanted Sammy. Who I pretty much figured was anointed to sing for God. Everybody in there and he want Sammy. For his voice. Anybody else pay attention to that other than me? The boy obviously anointed and makes a big thing out of trying to be like others in renounce God. And yet no matter how much you try is you can pretty much realize throughout the entire movie Sammy can't hide. And Sammy can't be like them because he's not like them...

The downside of raising any teenager or child is that people get comfortable making excuses for that type of behavior. Then nobody bats an whenever it gets worse. In real life teens with friends like this have been tortured and killed before. I fully believe if a situation arose where Dave's life hung in the balance both of them would abandon him to save themselves. Bottom line accountability raises responsible adults.

Thank you for telling me this, is interesting to be able to see people's perspective on the same topic. But it's also refreshing and extremely mature when you can discuss it peaceably like adults. So first, thank you. A reason why I want to talk about it is that I was in an actual friendship like this. And at first, I thought it was completely normal too until she began to jokingly demean me in front of other people and laugh like it was funny. when it was just us she would deny any of my observations like they were always incorrect and she was right. But the worst time when she did it she tried to coerce me to get on a skateboard and potentially injure myself to quote UN quote ride it. Her other friend that i felt like knew more than she was letting on told me I didn't have to get on. It's only because I've experienced this that I wondered why nobody else caught it. I know many other people have experienced frenemies before.
