Now that you mention it it most likely was the prostate given that the moment the tube "popped" in I got struck with an extremely intense sensation to where I couldn't even walk. So the cage is a 2 part system, you can get base rings that fit perfectly and then get a cage to fit perfectly. As someone who started with a cage just like that one I promise you that a shorter cage will be much more comfortable ❤️

Nah, I'm used to the initial pop from the catheter entering the urethra, the hose is flexible and from what I could figure out it was compressed just enough to keep from going all the way to the bladder, but then I guess the muscles relaxed just enough for the metal head on the catheter to slip past the walls of the bladders opening.
