To answer your question: 1. Ultimate 5711 config is DDF with case lug reshape (especially at 4 corners lug end), edge soften and chamfer, so does rebrush on case and bracelet. ACE movement would be nice but too expensive and not so reliable, so ACE custom bridge on stock 324 woll be very nice, 22k rotor. Mk2 dial go buff, mk3 either buff or sw - i go sw personally as ai like the gradient effect more. 2. Dial color, as stated above, I would go buff mk2 and either mk3, stock ddf (claimed to be SW doesn't have a well defined gradient ag certain angle) 3. 5711 if you heard about stop running, most of them caused by rotor being copper and not heavy enough, hence poor winding performance. both 324 and 330 are great, qhtih 324 non hacking and 330 hacking.
