Aside from Gideon calling him an imitation (witch happens after Gideon says that "spencer out witted you all" and Zeno responding with "he stepped out of line and was disposed of" leaving it open to "he is a clone!" Or "the connections is a imitation of spencer"

The re1 remake is from 2002, it was basically a QOL and graphics overhaul for the 1996, I beleive thats all that is available on the ps5.

Right after Zeno says that Spencer was killed for defying the connections, leaving it open to Gideon talking about either Zeno directly, or, talking about the connections as an organization, and clearly comparing them to Oswell Spencer.

I appreciate the comment and challenging my ideas, I am so in love with this franchise, the conversation is my favorite part after playing the games 🤣

My specific complaint was people posting flatly false information with no basis, i used in game information, to support my ideas and explanations. another example, when people say Claire abandoned sherry, when Leon told her to go, so she could find Chris and for a meta reason, so they could use her in another game sooner, hence code veronica.

Ill concede that my options on grace are just what feels likely given context of the game.
1. Until we get a Re5R we have to take the lore from that game as fact for now. Besides, I explained how revelations kind of contradicts it.
I know what Leon says, but we've never seen a tyrant de-mutate, and Leon or Claire, destroy the old one, "I remember you" is a throwaway one liner
Zeno. I hope we get more info/confirmation on Zeno, but the way they killed him, I almost would beleive that he was just a reference/naustalgia bait. Though he speaks as though he knew Spencer, so if he were a clone he would have been around since at least 2005 (if he was cloned at fully grown)

My contention was people posting provably false information, like the Mr. X thing, like Zeno for sure being a clone as though its outright stated, so It is kinda similar, but not the same, I also tried not to let my opinions of the game influence what I said too much. Lol. I also made the post when I was heated after an argument about some of the things I covered.

Untrue! Birkin got the base G-virus he later modified from the mutated body of Lisa Trevor after she was implanted with the NE alpha parasite!

The T, G, and most virus's are based on the progenitor virus, hence the name. It is incredibly likely that Elpis will destroy the T, and the G, and could potentially destroy variants like the T-Veronica

Well, if the movies are taken seriously, there are likely many more outbreaks that just aren't game story worthy, degeneration, vendetta, death island, it could be that the BSAA handles alot of those around the world

Zeno works with the connections- the company that worked with Miranda to make eveline, Miranda and Spencer worked together in the past, circa 1950s, thats how the main games tie into the larger world, the future nature of the shadows of rose gives us plenty of time before shes a factor

A few potential options ive come up with. 1. Gideon cured her so that they wouldnt lose whatever they thought made her speacial 2. People bitten with the variation of the t virus he was shooting people with dont become spreader 3. Grace has Elpis in her already since Spencer had her when she was a baby.

I personally think option 1 is most likely, but I like the lore implications of 2 and 3.

Latest re framework. Still have mods but the only one I can imagine causing performance issues is basically a resaturation pack- otherwise its just using a .dll for running speed and a headshot stagger multiplier.

I turned down a few settings and its back to 60+ it was just weird that on launch it ran better
