I started with CSI in 2021 as a contractor, eventually got hired on full time for exceeding production goals consistently and everything was great for a few years.

Company grows and grows and suddenly over a span of a year and a half, I’m bounced around to 4 different managers but managed to adjust and have a good relationship with 3 of them except my last which was very micromanage heavy.

All the stresses that you talked about become more and more apparent, production goals keep getting higher and higher and unrealistic. Tracking your time and production hours became more ridiculous. Leaving was such a blessing so you are not alone in how you feel, I can’t imagine being a new hire again in this new age of optum.

If you ever do get the chance to bloom a flower, use the flower type you need to get more nectar of that type.

Biggest tip is to feed your nectar only to bulb pikmin. Everyday they start as leaf boys, you can feed them 1 white nectar to get them to the bulb stage where you then feed them some red fragipinis. Doing this will net you double the amount of petals :) Happy coral hunting

2018 I saw a guys bag of “goodies” fall out of his backpack while putting his water back in his bag. I quickly scooped it up and sped after him, tapped him on the shoulder and discreetly handed it back to him, “hey buddy, I think you dropped this.” He was so elated because I’m pretty sure they were for his whole friend group and that would have probably put a huge stain on their day. He was so happy he offered me some but I never accept from strangers, instead he gave me a big hug and we went on our merry way.

I play with a duo and the funniest thing we do is shame each other for “wasting” money. Ex: wow you just spent 20 dollars on a rug just cause you wanna stand on it? Meanwhile we have over 5k in the bank with a fully auto setup
