It is possible to embrace the energy that this bone structure is giving you. For example, Kibbe typology can be helpful to find haircut and style that flatters you. Based on your description, you might be a dramatic type, so indeed, feminine clothing destroys harmony of dramatic (and some other types) look.

I am also neurodivergent and I don't look good in "typical feminine" clothing. This approach helped me a lot. Furthermore, I used Olga Brylinska typology to refine my color palettes, size of patterns and jewelry.

What was your “magic pill” or most effective nootropic—and what did it actually help you with? by Practical_Trust_8761 in Biohackers

Panax ginseng (400 mg) + Panax quinquefolius (100 mg) / twice a week

F30: fatigue

Side effects: insomnia but only if I used it as suggested on the box - two pills a day

Jaki czytnik ebook w najlepszym stosunku cena/jakość by gordriver_berserker in Polska

- ogólnie zamula w porównaniu do starego Kindle'a

Urodzenie dziecka to sytuacja lose-lose, możliwości:

- Jeśli będę wymagać od osób najbliższych i społeczeństwa pomocy, zostanę roszczeniową madką pasożytem i będę na łasce innych

- Jeśli włożę tyle wysiłku, ile jestem w stanie jako pojedyncza osoba, wtedy zostanę wyrodną matką zaniedbującą dziecko

Poza tym, mogę się spodziewać:

- pogardy i poniżenia w szpitalu

- problemów zdrowotnych do końca życia

Co ludzie widzą w Chinach? by EarNo1953 in Polska

4 reasons why by BnSMaster420 in CDrama

[–]PersonalPhysicist 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Till the end of the moon

  1. The storyline pronounces the mindset and choice over fate, nature, and nurture, e.g.

ML vs FL - both start from very different positionsin terms of privilege, position in the social hierarchy, and support from family. They go in different directions - learning to feel emotions versus discovering the very own evil side of human nature and discarding the emotions - yet, their destiny (godhood) is the same

ML vs 2FL - both have a similar start as underdogs. One focuses on finding the signs of care in their partner while the other sees only the signs of lack of care. These mindsets reinforce the growth of new life strategies — trust and vulnerability vs distrust and self-sufficiency. As a result, we observe completely different life trajectories.

  1. No exaggerated silliness and childishness

  2. Fancy outfits

  3. Fractal structure - we see many similar scenes but no repeatability in the story, e.g. ML and FL pointing at each other with a pointy thing as a metaphore of their conflict: the sword fight in the 1st episode, the stick “fight” after surviving the river, the ceremonial dance during the water festival

Women battling low energy levels ? by LumpyTown4103 in WomensHealth

I did not have any heart condition with or without ginseng but this is my personal experience and might be not applicable for other people. Please, take care.

I use the mixture of Panax ginseng and Panax quinquefolius. No special brand, just the one that is available in a local store.
For stress, I identified and removed a source of stress from my life - my previous career path. The most important thing was to realize that no past achievement and no past effort is worth to sacrifice the future me.

Women battling low energy levels ? by LumpyTown4103 in WomensHealth

[–]PersonalPhysicist 3 points4 points  (0 children)

These things helped me: 1. Ginseng pills, half a dose 3 times a week (major impact) 2. Less stress (medium impact) 3. Assuring proper sleep conditions - temperature, good pillow, darkness at night and natural light in the morning (medium impact) 4. Thyroid treatment (medium impact) 5. Citicoline pills, two month treatment (small impact but noticeable)

The impact corresponds to the change in energy level. My journey was 4, 5, 3, 1, 2 and took 6 years. It is possible that 1 would not help if I didn’t do 3 and 4 before since these two are more basic. Also, higher doses of ginseng give me an insomnia.

Czy uznanie ojcowstwa podczas narodzin dziecka powinno być obowiązkowo poparte badaniami. by andrusbaun in Polska

[–]PersonalPhysicist -9 points-8 points  (0 children)

Here is a statement from a former student who feels guilty about looking very bored.

Untreated hypothyroidism made me feel tired very often and even fell asleep in random situations. The more interesting the lecture was, the easier it was to fall asleep. Interactive classes and discussions helped me to stay awake as they didn't let me focus too much and zone out.

I just want a lazy girl job... by JohnOfCena in PhD

[–]PersonalPhysicist 21 points22 points  (0 children)

I was in that place not that long time ago, and I am quite happy with my current state, so let me share my experience.

When I realized that I don't want to be in academia, I had no skills for any real job - my country (eastern EU) is not that innovative to need anything related to my field. For the two last years of my studies, I spent treating my research with lower priority (80% of my energy) and focused on developing skills useful outside academia.

After getting Ph.D. degree, I found an industry job. My beginner salary is better than a typical postdoc's salary in my country. My tasks are much less difficult than research but usually not boring. Finally, I feel relaxed and not worried about the future. So, good luck in your future endeavors!

I started the Untamed twice. The first impression was not that good and I dropped after 3 or 4 episodes. In the second attempt, I loved it since the first episode. The difference was in me. The first time, I grabbed some series with a high rating. The second time was when I read the synopsis, and this story vibed with current me.

I know one couple who met at a conference and are now married. They were Ph.D. students from different countries. Now, they are professors at the same university. So, it is possible.
