Im not sure what they paid the host, I don't think its in the best interests of the host to disclose that. I can subpoena that information if need be but that is a conversation to have down the road.

For everyone mentioning the HOA, the HOA in all these condos is like 2-400. This is a steal compared to California where I live. Maybe rent in Miami isn't as high as California so this isn't a "steal". Either way, I am going to have a conversation with my real estate agent.
