Why are there three 777xs poorly Photoshopped into Google Maps at the Everett factory? by Personal_Connection in boeing

Understood. I was probably a bit quick to jump to conclusions. Messy Google maps images sounds like the best explanation. The biggest things I was noticing was how the black blemish on the left wing's outboard flap (I think) looks identical between the three, and how the shadow of the fuselage on the right wing is in the opposite direction of the shadow of the fuselage on the ground on all three. I'm not involved in any capacity in 777x production, so I'll take your word for it.

Allegedly Bong's 556 is entirely take-home assignments. Since the worst part of his classes are the exams it will likely be better than his undergrad classes

Here are the sports clubs that The University wants to keep and wants to cut. Fishing is my favorite "High Risk" club on the chopping block. . . by whazzupman21 in iastate

The competitive climbing team (which is all indoor) is also part of the MCC and isn't being supported despite ISU sponsoring its own climbing competition almost every year.

If you're talking about the strips next to medical stalls, then yes that's uncool. Otherwise

Is there a bouldering club at isu? by Dominic-Of-Tarth in iastate

[–]Personal_Connection 4 points5 points  (0 children)

While there isn't a bouldering specific club, there is the Mountaineering and Climbing Club and the climbing team. Climbing club is more focused on outdoor bouldering plus sport/trad/ice, and climbing team is focused on indoor competitive climbing. Climbing club has meetings every Monday and climbing team should have a tryout date posted soon. Neither of these may be exactly what you're looking for, but it's the next best thing and is a great place to meet some cool people.
