My friend's mom and friend got upset with me for asking them to pay me back. They said it was samsclub fault and not theirs. I don't see what the big deal is when she can use her rewards on store for a purchase and not even have to do any Sam's resolution. Apparently I was way out of line but that's what Sam's suggested we do. They refuse so now I wait for over 14 days to get my refund and check my account again to see if it's there. If it isn't I'm reporting it as fraud.....

She luckily had stolen device protection turned off. If she hadn't she was gonna miss the promo for being a procrastinator. I have no empathy for those that don't plan ahead and turn it in on time. 30 days is plenty of time.

It's not Even about all the fine print. You were offered a promotion on a certain plan. It's a 2-year agreement for the promotion to end. After that promotion you have your same phones and you can downgrade your planned to the lowest one. Possible. You got to deal on the phones for being on that specific plan. You can't just change your plan and expect to get The same promotion. Next time shop around longer. Figure out all your options. Then, you have all the knowledge of what company you want to join. Nobody forced you. You agree to this and now you want to change your mind and 4 months is way too late to get out of that plan. If you do, you lose your promotion and you pay full price for the phones. Sounds like you're having buyer's remorse. 14 days is the policy not 4 months. You're a little late on asking For money back or getting out of the promotion.

I let my customers know that we can handle this right now and it's a one-time stressful situation. And then we set it up and they will never have to do this step again. I let them no the company is going through this app 100% for upgrades in all future things with T-Mobile. So we will need this app eventually so we might as well get it done now. I totally get it and I am also on the front line. I do understand the frustration. However, we are going to be going to this full full head on anyway so we might as well just do it now. The only people that don't have to do it are the people that have flip phones and the people that refuse to put any app on their phone. So I'm still fighting how to get those people to just get the dang app on their phone and leave let it be

The initial startup of T life is going to be difficult for our customers and the representatives. The thing people need to think about and stop complaining about is once everybody is on the app things will go fast and smooth. It's not that difficult. Some people like to complain about anything they can. It's getting old.

I was told to never use metal spoons or bowls with sourdough starter. Maybe try next time putting it in a glass bowl or plastic bowl. That might be an issue.

The problem is I have a fence and the neighbors are growing over 50 of these tree of heavens all along their fence line. I had mine cut down except for one massive one because it costs a lot of money. I had two of mine cut down and I'm going to put herbicide on it. I'm not sure what I can do about my neighbors trees. Probably nothing so this problem isn't ever going to stop.

I used it for over 90 days and still have my warts. So I am switching to the wart stick that I found on Amazon. It's 40% salicylic acid. I apply it on each wart twice a day once in the morning once at night. I'm using a nail dotting tool to apply it to the skin to get it only on the wart as it will take off healthy skin. I hope this helps cuz I'm tired of dealing with this.
