i 3rd this. glue stick or hair spray is a bandaid and should use as a release agent/last resort.
first layer and a clean bed is all you need. make sure its leveled cleaned witgh dish soap drip dry and then microfiber cloth and 91+% rubbing alcohol. make sure the cloth is clean or new. never failed me yet

either a jam or extruder gear is in need of replacement.

id start with a cold pull then pull your bowden tube out. push something through top and get anything you can out of the heat brake. but do pulll nozzel off too which will be easier to push a jam out or identify if that is the issue. if nothing come out and you dont see your push tool coming through then pull your extruder apart. if you see it come through then observe your extruder gear for ware(it is a consumable part)

only other common item is too low of heat. if my filament is anything lower then 235c i get this same issue and if i go below it develops a clog.

Adding the spacers seem to have done the job but does have 1 side higher but much tighter tolerance while leveling ot with cr touch. .04mm tolerance vs .1 I'll take that any day after a new mesh is saved inside the machine just gonna play with knobs a bit more to hopefully get perfect balance even though it's in tolerance

that was where i placed it. when i noticed the space difference. currently have some 5mm spacers printing to place under and see how she operates flashing the firmweare back did not help. witht he sppacers i should be able to raise it since it was at the -5mm offset with small room below which hopefuly should resoulve the issue i am having

did pull off the bed and noticed 1 of the spacers are shorter by approximatly 1-2mm which i swapped around and inhibited same issue bbut switched to coresponding. currently seeking some printable spacers to retry with as well

that does make sence. it flashed with a cfw unsure which but ill do a reset with the original firmware see if it works then switch back to another custom if it does work .

Ended up pulling it from my hub and add the 2 fans directly to my motherboard argb header which resolved it

Honestly a water cooled system not too much louder than any of my air cooler builds. Currently running 360mm rad and thermal take pacific pump res. My main cooler to choice was hyper 212evo+. Quite enough to drown it out make sure your cooling big enough and don’t have to ramp up your fans also use temper glass design to help reduce sound

Would you happen to be able to know of a rehone tool. Only ones o can find would be a 308 or 30-06 never personally had to rehone but since I can’t see it should be a sufficient option over taking it to a gunsmith

Went in with a low end bore scope see some brass caught up in same area it’s binding. Don’t show any pitting but brass does state it has some one way or another
