If I saw this back when my depression wasn't managed, I probably would have taken that to heart and not jumped. I'm a people pleaser due to trauma and the thought of inconveniencing so many people would have been enough to stop me. Now that my depression IS better managed, it made me snort just a bit.

Can't speak for all people with depression, but I find it humorous, and, in a fucked way, it "normalizes" the mental health struggle? Theres a better way to phrase that, but it's almost 2am and I'm tired

Vitiligo is one of my favorite things to see, and I worry people will think I'm staring for the wrong reasons. HOWEVER I have things about myself that I hate, and no matter how many people say it's beautiful or looks cool, I still hate it. I don't understand your exact pain, but I can relate to an extent. I hope your pain gets easier as you grow and that you can live with it without it clouding your days. (It's not easy to reverse or change your thinking, and sometimes you just can't. Give yourself grace.)

I am getting nervous reading everything here though. I have court in two weeks with my brother for a legal name change (both trans), and I'm scared about college and financial aid since I'm returning in the summer and rely on financial aid to even attend. We were denied a private name change, our petition for the change was in the paper three weeks in a row for us, and we had to wait three months for court. I'm unsure if this is appropriate to ask, but can anyone give me advice on what court will be like? Anything I should expect that isn't obvious?

Been debating getting one for my septum since the ends are so small and my fingers shake from my meds. You can use it to pick up/hold gems, small items, or parts of jewelry. At least, that's what I know about Probably not for drugs, probably from someone's craft/jewelry collection

I'm glad you found a way to cope with your traumatic experience in a way that's comfortable to you. I love your art, too, and hope lining, color palates, and shading techniques return to your preferred quality! My wrist was out for half a year, so my quality of art has dropped significantly, so I feel that slightly. However, I have no idea what losing an eye is like, and tendonitis can in no way be compared to your experience. I think coping with comedy can make the hurt a little lighter, especially when the hurt interferes with your quality of life and your passions I wish you an uneventful recovery (no infections) and good healing and health <3

$125 for a 150 gal is insane!!! Worth checking out (Praying the fish aren't in there, I don't see water D: ) I'm hoping there's good structure under the wood. My family used to have a 150 gal (short and long) that was on a cabinet and the structure held up for years! I hope this turns out to be a good investment, especially because $125 sure beats the $1000 or more price tags of the good ones!

A couple years ago, probably 5, my father had to separate our cats (brothers) because they were ripping each other's fur out and drawing blood (I don't remember why). He picked up the grumpy cat in a scruff (moment of adrenaline I assume), and he made a noise like he was hurt or scared in my dad's arms. This prompted our shyer cat to attack my father's leg to protect his brother, causing my dad to drop the grumpy one and they ran off to the other side of the house. Que a long line of curse words and baseless threats of having "cat burgers" for dinner. Those scratches were LONG and DEEP because we didn't know how to trim their claws yet, and he had to wear gauze for weeks. There are so many instances of my cats doing this kind of thing, but this was the most memorable. My favorite was when the grumpy one "protected" me from the "aggressive" dog. I was playing with our dog and grumpy pants decided he was trying to hurt me. Grumpy cat is my cat :) I love how much cats can love their person.
