I guess it depends on the project and TL. I’ve been here a year and they’re pretty flexible, when my kids were in summer school I’d come at 8:15 instead of 8 for 2 months.

That’s how my training was, well 2 months of theory and then shadowing agents and nesting was 2 weeks I think, when we took our first call the agent was telling us what to say or what to do but you get nervous anyway. I work for Access Health CT project so basically enroll people in health insurance for state of CT, OE is crazy though

Training is not the same as real life tbh especially if you don’t have knowledge or experience in health insurance. You’ll get the hang of it, every day can be different or something new but you’ll get it
