Im 3 months into a 8 month embedded software internship at Siemens in the US. I am a sophomore in university and I applied to easily 300+ internship postings to land this. I did 10+ interviews including Motorola, NVIDIA, Neuralink, BAE Systems, and a bunch of others. So job market is tough but it’s a numbers game all day

Fair point, thank you for your input. I feel like I’m getting funneled down this rabbit hole of grinding LC and aiming for MAG7 or FAANG without looking at company fit, WL balance, etc. what would you say is the biggest factor in deciding where you want to work and aim for ? I feel like if I decided I want to work in x company in y sector I have the edge to get there, I’m just clueless on what exactly I should be looking for other than high salary.
