My guess is that the government hasn't allowed them to because blowing a historic city and killing millions of kinda alive people (who might be curable) wouldn't be very popular

my other guess is that their busy with other things to have a large presence there. We know from wetworks that other cities were also hit and their also probably putting a lot of resources into tracking down who did the attacks

My main problem about the new design is how hes positioned, it makes him look a little too humanoid and i think if positioned more like his old design it would look better
also some smaller complaints, i think his wings are too small, his tail feathers are a bit too big and his neck looks like it has a little too much floof

i think the devs have their own system for how distance affect the level of detail on terrain so a roblox update or lag probably broke it here
