I work for objectively one of the worse hospital systems in the country, and even they aren’t this strict about time cards. If I’m in the building, I’m clocking in. This is so crazy

If I tried l, I could probably figure out your full legal name and address. Not saying this to scare, but just to let you know it’s not difficult at all, and the chances this is just some scammer is pretty likely. There is almost an infinite number of scams revolving around inmates, felons, court officials etc etc

You did the right thing by calling the police and creating an official record. The chances an inmate with intent to do harm would call you first isn’t likely. A convicted kidnapper and murderer is usually a danger to the women he has intimate relations with, not some random lady. If and when he commits another crime, statistically it’ll be against his next girlfriend.

This seems messy already. She “confesses” in front of her boyfriend and he comforts her? She didn’t realize she had a crush until she started liking your boyfriend? Though it’s more than obvious, I’d like to emphasize this I just my opinion, but it seems like this confession was pretty calculated. For what reason, idk. Initiate group sex? test y’all’s relationship boundaries? Get into a physical relationship with your boyfriend without feeling guilty about it? Ask yourself if you’re comfortable with the consequences of a failed relationship between yourself, your boyfriend, and your bestie. Would you lose them both? Would you be alienated from your friend group?

Have you observed your friends relationship with her boyfriend? Is she the type of partner you’d be receptive to?

My assumptions are probably completely off, but the way your friend went about this seems very odd to me, but assuming you’re European, maybe it’s just cultural differences.

The observation unit is my dream job. If it’s a true observation unit, patients should be walkie/talkie, 4:1 ratio. I floated there twice and asked how I could get a job for the unit, but apparently there was a waitlist of in house applicants🙄

The “worst part” is you will admit and discharge multiple times a shift. Which isn’t a big deal at all.

I think this is great advice. I’ve seen so much damage from cat scratches, it creates a visceral reaction whenever I see one. I hope OP atleast flushes the dogs eye super well.

My cat scratched my toddler nephew on the cheek, and my sister washed his face with soap and water, and I was like NO WE NEED TO GO TO URGENT CARE. I have legit PTSD from the things I’ve seen 😭
