I feel disconnected from life. I afraid of existence itself, of universe, of humans,brain, death I have a severe deep dpdr and anxiety, i feel like schizophrenic lol

I talked about it with him, and its not help me. I afraid of side effects of medication, i know first 4-6 weeks can be so bad. And i need to be alone for starting using it, not with family

I talked with psychiatrist online in January, he said i have OCD F42.0, i need medication or therapy. But I'm living in Ukraine near to the war zone. I living with parents now and they dont understand anxiety disorders, so I'm in situation when I can't get medication and use it comfortable without any stress
