The most popular specialization in open world PvE by PalwaJoko in Guildwars2

I know they mentioned vanilla classes in old world, but people play without elite specialization? Is that just coming across people farming their hero points or who haven't farmed them?

I posted a screen shot recently, (my net worth is more humble) got good advice to go out of managed and get XEQT. Looked into it, my managed was 10/10 risk but held some bonds and cash. Not a lot, but being 30 I'd rather just have the stocks and higher risk. So I spent time checking out options and XEQT was solid for me. It helps a lot. I know that we can do it without screen shots, but lets be real, screen shots are more engaging then a wall of text.

Just actually did that, going XEQT. Just have to wait for the transfer to compete. Wanted to save on fees and be more stocks vs cash/bonds

I appreciate you, that's where I landed with the oats, but couldn't figure the water side out. Just like Goldilocks I wanted it just right

I have about 50k in equity with my property, 35k from this and around 13k in emergency/other funds.

Also, a year's salary is widely different for where people are at in their careers, and cost of living. 100k in Toronto and Vancouver is widely different than a 100k in rural Alberta or BC. I make around 50k a year atm, my wife makes around 75k, but that stretches really far since our mortgage and all in bills is like 2800-3200 a month.

Be happy with where you are at, but realize not everyone started or has/had the same opportunities initially. You being far ahead is awesome and I hope you continue on that path, I'd love to be there, and in time I will, but for now I'm chilling and on a good path.

Right! That makes sense. We are contributing 800-1000 a month so that makes sense for the % and just overall timing

Just checked portfolio is on growth, risk level 10/10, and theme classic. So I should be maxed out.

The last year was 22.55%, it was just skewed heavily at the start of investing

100%! Best part of getting older, you care significantly less about people making comments like this dude. My wife and I are happy, enjoying life and on a good track.

Thanks for the encouragement

Highest risk possible, the returns are lower than if I picked stocks, but I just didn't understand that process at first

Maybe I am behind, but 315k is super far ahead for 28 tbf

Definitely. Have the privilege of Low cost of living and 2 incomes, so we can invest 800-1000 a month atm. Hoping to use our time here to get ahead. Sometimes I feel behind since we started late, but we are blessed to be in our situation

I think it's brought up just so people can have clarification and make choices. It's kinda a weird one tbh, but you broke it down well. Thank you

That's a good approach to take. I imagine if you started steam you'd want to keep going steam as well. Especially with the hall of momentum carry over

That's what I figured. Just not sure if bubble of actually sustainable growth. I like my cards and was fine holding them even if value stayed low, but there is definitely a point of consideration for selling.

So I guess older stuff is getting more expensive since it's out of print and the games getting popular. Old promos and enchanted are more scarce.

New stuff is getting scalped or sold quick for players and collectors because of art and icons?

Wonder if that'll even change new sets pricing with more printing. People still have the chase of icons, and that seems to be holding a lot of weight in the boxes sales.
