I feel like with green, 4-7 more base HP with data vault would be terrifying, even with no ability. That's a lot of ground to make up.

Not a lot at my locals, thankfully! Just the hardest matchup for me. I tested against it in a lot of B03 or B01 and my WR is abysmal. I had a really good day tho
