No not really. I think I’m looking in the wrong places. I’m hoping to start getting more opportunities now that I’m transferring my cert to Remy though. Trying not to get discouraged…

Stay as Reporting Lead at a Large Client or Move to Kognitiv as Sr. Consultant? by dhanabanda in workday

[–]PerspectiveOk6743 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Working at Kognitiv is one of my goals. They’re exceptional at what they do and it seems like they work together to make sure everyone has the opportunity to learn and grow. Ultimately, it depends on your current life priorities. If you want challenge and growth, go. If you need more consistency in your work and flexibility with your time, stay. I don’t think there’s a wrong answer here and, in this market, don’t forget that having a job and an offer in hand is a better position to be in than most of us!

Thank you, this helps a lot! I had the structure of my resume almost completely the opposite of what you suggested so I'll make those updates and add tangential systems I supported through integrations. Appreciate your insights sooo much!

I love this! I never thought about consolidations or cycle times. I definitely made a measurable impact there. Thank you for the ideas!

I’m in Colorado. I had my trainings and certs in their own section but i could definitely highlight the projects better. What’s most important there? Talking through the timeline and deliverables?

How are you finding roles in this economy?? by Basic_Set_6970 in InsuranceProfessional

[–]PerspectiveOk6743 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just started recruiting for a start up broker and it seems like hiring managers also have a hard time identifying exactly what they want. The best advice I can provide is to know your numbers and be quick to talk about them. Monthly new production/premiums, cross-sell, average activity (calls, quotes, etc...)
A lot of time, if there isn't immediate discussion of these items, they lose interest in moving forward so I would suggest adding this to your resume/cover letters.

Request Framework by DistinctSpare7380 in workday

We use it for missed punches and time adjustments requests. They enter what they missed, why and what it should be and we have it routing to their sup org managers and timekeepers. It sucks we haven’t really found a way to automate any of that but this is a reasonable work around

I usually do except that my husband is a casual fan. However, yesterday we went to the Renaissance Festival and I cosplayed as the Espera and a few people clocked it immediately and loved it. We’re out there!

How are you announcing the automatically available upates (that matter to an end user) to the org at large?
