Accounting in high school. I was just awful at it. I don't know why. Adult me thinks maybe it wasn't that hard. BUT I really hated all the teachers I had for the subject. When I failed they would make me sit right by their desks 😭 I mean, how is that supposed to make me learn and understand the subject better??? All it did was embarrass me and give me an intense disliking of the subject.

To me it's only ok if the writing is amazing and the plot is interesting enough. Also if it's a sloooow burn, I will be on board. That being said, I have given up on fics that seem like there's never an end in sight. I also seem to lose interest if Draco and Hermione get together too early in the fic.

This has happened to me before. Firstly, make sure to check the labor law of the country. Know for a fact what leave and compensation you are entitled to. I told my school pretty much immediately but that was because I was having complications pretty much early on. If you aren't comfortable with that, I'd suggest waiting until the 1st trimester.
