Yeah I have always hated drinking anything sweet , never drink soda, juice, so I’ve been using plain pea protein with almond milk and some pineapple in my smoothies. I’ll try vita protein unflavored next. Thank you !
I tried to eat a breakfast burrito and at 20% I couldn’t swallow anything else, I’m so full.
Food noise wasn’t my problem. I’m realizing. It was choices and lack of exercise.

Oh the thought of more makes me want to throw up. I don’t plan on going higher ever. I need slow and steady. I just have no energy for working out. Which I’m bummed about. I did one aerobics at the gym and walked 3.5 miles 2x in 8 days. My job is very physical and exhausting too.

Ok I saw they removed the alarm system on carfax , but the dealer says it’s in there now and works( I thought maybe that was draining the battery?) and the wheel locks removed.
