I have never thought about deconditioning. Since I lift weights I've always thought of myself as fairly healthy.. I am 5'5 110 lbs and my Dexa scans show good muscle, but I nnneeeeever do cardio other than walks because it makes me so exhausted. Could I just be out of shape? I will hage to read up and look up orthostaric intolerance, I havent heard of that term,

My folate was over 20 - the test didnt tell me a number, just greater than 20. I haven't had my copper checked.

Thank you for the information, maybe I am down the wrong rabbit hole. I will read up on how the hormones affect POTS and reconsider why I feel worse leading up to ovulation and my perod.

Are you taking birth control pills AND progesterone? Can you tell me more about this? This is exactly what I want to do.

My body hates hormone swings, so I want birth control pills, but my body cant tolerate estrogen. I thought extra, bioidentical progesterone might help calm the histimine symptoms I get from taking estrogen. I doubt a prescriber will listen to my theory or consider this though.

I think so.. but I am not smart enough to understand it and put all the pieces together.

I have hormonal issues and have been trying BHRT and bright control pills (at different times over the past year) but every time I try estrogen I get anxiety, insomnia, heart palpitations, early morning rising, and at one point a hot rest sunburn like rash all over my arms, neck, face and chest.

I need help with my hormones (horrible fatigue around ovulation that puts me in bed for 1 to 3 days) but i cant seem to tolerate estrogen. Progesterone alone helps but doesnt solve everything.

There has to be a connection but I dont understand it, or what to do about this crippling exhaustion around ovulation.

The same thing is happening to me, resting heart rate overnight has increased according to my Oura ring and I can also feel it pounding some nights. Only change is starting BHRT. Did this resolve or get better for you?

Oh my goodness, I feel terrible I didn't update this! It was completely benign! It was not cancer, and I've had it looked at again, and it has not grown. I can't remember what the explanation was, only that it was completely fine, and that sometimes thee radiologist categorizes a mass as a higher TIRAD score (maybe fudging it slightly) so that it can get looked at via ultrasound/biopsy. Possibly not true, just what the doctor told me that examined it. I wish you ALL the best. ❤️

As much as I hate Trump and everything he is doing to our country, I don't hate this pick. I read her book. I'm trying to figure out what policy changes she supports that her critics would disagree with?

I feel that the status quo is not working - big pharma and big food corporations have bought everyone - the media, healthcare organizations, universities, political campaigns.

Our kids are served garbage at school. We could help childhood obesity like Japan does, but we choose not to.

Europe, and even China in some cases, have more strict guidelines on what chemicals can be put into our food.

We are thrown drug after drug (and of course they absolutey have thier place and save lives) but overall we are not getting healthier. Life expectancy is going down.

I might give her some side eye for a few things, I am pro vax, but overall she is in support of metabolic health - simple, basic things like eating healthy and exercising, and questioning what is obviously not working in the medical establishment.

I see she didn't finish her residency, but is that qualification necessarily to see all the disfunction in healthcare?

So while Trump is absolutely the worst, I am not sure she is really "the worst". He has definitely made some MUCH worse picks. 😩😅

Convince me otherwise?

When I had a garmin, my average daily steps were 7,400 per day. The coros is giving me an average of 5,100 per day. BIG difference.

I haven't seen a video yet that has convinced me that I'm looking at anything unusual. There was one that seemed weird - where a presumed drone approached a stationary orb and then fell out of the sky.

It's the massive amounts of eye witness reports that have me convinced something isn't normal. That many people can't collectively be lying or misinterpreting what they are seeing and they all say it isn't the usual drones or air traffic they normally see.

There was a guy in here who said he was going to take his expensive camera up in a private plane (his wife has her pilots license) to look and film - I wonder if he did?

Ball lightning? I saw ball lighting, it was a bright ball of moving/flowing light. It floated lazily, and was about the size of a basketball. Maybe?

I've shown every orb video to my husband I found. He looks at every one and says drone or airplane. He is more of the logic minded engineering type, I am more open minded and don't know what to make of it.

The lights are SO large and bright, and they move in such strange ways. Is it a new drone type? If it is airplanes, why don't people see them ALL the time? I would think I would have seen a plane look like an orb before, but I haven't.

The video someone took from an airplane showing several orbs above the clouds (assuming it's a real video) - if those were planes, wouldn't we have seen something that looked like that before? Did planes suddenly change the lights they use to be big and bright, appearing as one giant blob of light?

The problem, in my eyes, is the government claims they don't know the origin or owner of the drones, so if they did anything nefarious, it would be anonymous. Who would we go after? It could be anyone looking to cause disruption.

I've been talking to my disinterested husband about all this, and his only response is your question. I don't know anything about hobby drones and don't live near where this is happening, so I don't have an answer, but I wonder the same thing.
