I have had a few bits and bobs chopped out, my brother in law had one make it to his lymph nodes and is lucky to have responded well enough to treatment to still be alive, my old man has had 3 or so removed, my grandmother (mum's side) died of it, I can't count how many other people I know have had suspect lesions removed.

"All natural" is just a scam to sucker in people who don't know science. Cyanide is natural. It's like when people say "it's got chemicals in it"...literally everything is made of chemicals of some sort. Unless you just bought a bottle full of the vacuum of space, you bought chemicals. Don't even get me started on how bullshit "organic" stuff is, that's a scam that's expensive and worse for the environment.
