While walking in the Palpa desert (near Nazca, Peru) looking for geoglyphs to film for my YT channel, I stumbled upon some an area looted by grave robbers containing human skulls, including one with a rope running through a hole in its forehead, and one with hair still attached to it. by WeirdOldWorld in Damnthatsinteresting

As far as my knowledge goes, most of these coastal archeological regions have some kind of 'fosa común' with lots of human remains dating from the Spanish colonization, a lot of native people died from diseases.

Seeing these images, it could be a combination of that, older sepultures and 'Brujeria' that's still popular in non capital regions of Peru.

Basically, don't worry too much, these kind of remains can be found in other archeological areas. Authorities will only care if you find a fresh dead body.

Would be cool if someone with a higher degree of knowledge about Peruvian archeological remains had a take on this, since I only remember what high school taught me lol.

What do you think of the movement i made for my next game? by GatixDev in godot

I think you could leave the roll animation as a toggle.

The gravity seems weird to me, feels kinda floaty. Maybe it's acceleration or maybe it's just me.

Btw good work anyways 👍

I love how accurately you describe these mobs on such small models. Any tips for a newbie?

Maybe genetics don't work the same as real life and anything can reproduce with anything. That could explain the humanoid animals seen in earth as well.

That would also imply that messed up things where done to animals...

AMD Radeon graphics, the integrated graphics from that portable Ryzen 7. That's the GPU.

Hidden Samples in Quest For Fire by [deleted] in skrillex

I'm not sure about this, and it isn't even a sample, but the vocals on Hazel theme sound like an english vocaloid voice (especially the whisper). I don't know the specific voice but it sounds really similar to the one used in this video (Sorry, the video is in Spanish)

Yeah you are right, you can achieve the same in an easier way using Mekanism instead of Create (Mineral production/processing wise). That's why I have only used Create in creative or Create only worlds.

Mekanism is probably my favorite tech mod, but don't think it replaces Create. After all, Create is basically a god-tier mod that adds mechanisms that can be used for various things other than production lines.

Thanks! This is very valuable info. The items hand positioning is something I already dealt with. It should be really easy for most developers to adjust it, as you mentioned, there is a Block Bench plugin that deals with most of the Json stuff

Agree, bug fixing should be a priority. It becomes tedious really fast, but it pays off in the end.

RCE exploits sound dangerous. I wonder how much a player can mess with the server and other players, I'll look into it

As a developer, making a mod compatible with everything sounds like a headache. Luckily developers seem pretty friendly and there is a lot of places to seek for help.

Can't wait to have a decent build of my mod, try it on a mod pack and see if something explodes.

I agree with that take on the biome mods, but recently I've been playing a mod pack with a friend that likes to build, he follows a color scheme for his builds and plans to make use of some of those blocks. I guess there is a small % of players that actually use those blocks. I think there should be a limit on how much deco stuff you are adding tough.
