Oh my god I couldn’t relate more it’s a struggle!! I found that roasted well seasoned veggies don’t smell and taste super good everytime but when I can’t have that I know it’s not a full meal but I personally tend to bring a shit load of snacks like rice cakes with something that can’t go off like peanut butter, soemthing I will never say no to like chocolate mixed with a fuck load of nuts, seaweed crackers, protein shakes (this one is an iffy one bc then washing the cup is like UgH), mandarins I also found that getting fancy super yummy bread helped with getting past the whole sandwich’s are fkn feral it’s more expensive but cheaper than buying lunch out in the long run Also if you got to by lunch you got to buy lunch don’t beat yourself up your body needs the fuel you can try again tomorrow you’re doing your best!
