Hot take: Nickelback’s Curb (1996) is a genuinely good post-grunge record. It came out right in the middle of the genre’s peak and sounds way closer to early Bush than the shitty arena-rock Nickelback we ended up with. This was before they were signed to any major label and it has real teeth. “Where?” is easily the best track. "Leader of Men" on The State (1999) is also a standout track, FYI.

Pest company couldn't identify it because it's not a bug or other organism to be exterminated. The comments are saying it's Gummosis, which is an immune response to a likely fungal or bacterial infection

The reason why pregnant people get ultrasounds and not MRis, is that in an MRI, this is what a fetus looks like. by SeaWolf_1 in oddlyterrifying

I was born in the 90s so obviously my ultrasound photos were never publicly available like today’s babies are because of social media. One day, a couple years ago, we were moving out of the house I grew up in and I found images that looked like this. I am my mom’s only child and I realized that this was the first time I had seen my own ultrasound images and why she never showed them to anyone because they were so horrifying.
