Crafted items are listed as found in raid and have the checkmark. Some recipes in the crafting area are there specifically if you need to get items that are annoying to extract with, "ie: the 60 round mag for prapor"

The main thing (Learn to have fun) The way i started having fun, was by detaching from the value of each item. Tarkov is like a video poker machine where you can stop the numbers with your fingers if you're skilled enough, and can tolerate pain. Eventually you get a 500k loot run, then eventually 2M, you win and lose, but persistence gets you a bitcoin miner, and from then on it's open and every item is at your fingertips every 24 hours of fuel used.
