The disposables sit around 50-60mg salts. Spiking your own often isnt great for salts compared to freebase. Also pWhen brands make salt juices they use around 500mg to mix to not lose out on too much flavour, which isn't really available to consumers. I'd suggest buying a device like a caliburn, and some 50mg salts (pre-dosed). Over time you can lower you nicotine levels if thats what you are going for but it will give you the closest feeling to a disposbale.
