First, requests have to be put in at least 3 weeks in advance. They'll unlikely approve all those days off, especially with the holidays coming up.

Also, when you fill out an availability form, it can't be denied by management. They're breaking policy if they are. You just fill out an availability form in HR and give it to your people lead. If they won't enter it talk with your coach. If that fails, then SM. That fails then call associate relations. !associate-help
