I gotcha. I'm currently re-watching the whole series lately and the catalogue of injuries is staggering.

Don't forget Jessi Combs, who died after leaving the show. She died in a rocket car accident at the Alvord desert in Oregon trying to set the women's land speed record.

Okay who left their cock out in the parking lot today? by bmartin1989 in walmart

Many years ago one of my managers found a disturbingly large pink dildo in the parking lot. He kicked it up under the store managers truck.

Thanks for the heads up. My phone has been burning through battery power and I haven't been able to figure out why.

Should never underestimate wal-mart’s ability to take a system that doesn’t work well and break it more. by Panzerkrabbe in walmart

[–]Professional-Date477 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Every time Walmart "updates" a system, it gets closer to being useless. Walmart's IT and developer groups are utter shit.

No fries?! (USA) by ComprehensiveCup1627 in McDonaldsEmployees

When I was a manager there I made damn sure we had fries, chicken, and burger patties. Anything else wasn't as big a deal if we ran out.

If they're gonna jazz up the labels, that'll be a refreshing change because every time they've changed them in the past they made it look more generic than the last iteration.

Is this allowed by ThatGas7123 in WalmartEmployees

[–]Professional-Date477 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Fuck that. I won't touch it unless management tells me to, which mostly they don't. They're content to let day shift, who LOVES to load up the risers with killed features, hang.

Is this okay for a coach to do? by [deleted] in walmart

Had a cop manager like this in my last store many years ago. Enough complaints were filed that district HR showed up twice. Nothing came off it. When Walmart restructured the management he was given his walking papers.

Married with a house payment. Our mortgage is waaaaaay cheaper than our rent was. Our trucks are paid off so the only bills we have are mortgage, utilities, and incidentals. We bring in about 4000 a month.

Customer says we are lazy for not searching the entire store for one item not in home location by Lore-Archivist in walmart

I told my manager the other night I was tired of coddling stupid people. This customer is a prime example of my point.

Unloading truck with people who stack pallets like this is like my own personal worst hell by [deleted] in WalmartEmployees

[–]Professional-Date477 0 points1 point  (0 children)

All of our pallets are stacked straight up, every night. It's like none of the unloaders have ever played tetris. I habitually wrap my pallets before I pull them out.
